1. For any transfers from any terminal BS RESIDENCE SUVARNABHUM must be called via phone Number 02-7371997 or Mobile 081 7108778 or e-mail confirmation from your reservation confirmation, once you are ready from luggages collection & immigration check point.
2. Make your way outside 2 floor gate no.3 (door# 3), find our representative of BS RESIDENCE SUVARNABHUMI or Our Driver that showing your name or "BS RESIDENCE" sign, the shuttle will collect you from the "Shuttles bus" collection point.
3. Transfer times will vary from 5 to 10 minutes depending on the traffic.
4. All transfers from Hotel - to Airport can be arranged on check- in and check out (normally our schedule every half an hour => see schedule )
5. Please note: we are unable to meet your arriving flight due to airport delays, immigration
   processing delays, and schedule changes. The Airport authorities do not permit us to wait for arriving
   passengers in the pickup area. We will be down promptly to collect you once you have called us using
   the below instructions.
